REFUND

6 Months No Match Policy: If LA is unable to find any matches that are within your stated Basic Criteria within a period of six (6) months following the date of our receipt of all the relevant documents stated above, you may request for a termination of the membership and LA will return to you 70% of the membership fees paid.

This policy shall no longer apply if:

• you have been presented with a match within your stated Basic Criteria
• you have refined your Basic Criteria after sign up
• you have rejected a match within your stated Basic Criteria
• you get married, engaged or attached during the membership term
• you are relocating and/or you are travelling out of the country for the majority of the 6 months period
• you have put your membership on during the 6 months period

All membership fees paid to LA are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. In the event that your validity period has expired and the guaranteed dates are not completed, LA reserves the right to extend the validity period by 1 year or replace or substitute with products and services of similar value within LA.

Mode of refund will be by cheque or bank transfer. Refunds will be processed within 12-18 weeks upon final management approval.
